The MicroMiner process enables higher-value recovery from lithium and metal brines.

The conventional approach to brine mining relies on evaporation ponds and multi‑stage chemical precipitation to isolate lithium, magnesium, and other target metals. It is slow, water‑intensive, and struggles with selectivity. Most advances have focused on DLE (direct lithium extraction), but competing ions and low concentrations still limit yield and economics.

Our BioMagnets^TM selectively capture target metals directly from raw or pretreated brine, bypassing lengthy evaporation and imprecise precipitation steps. They integrate into existing processing infrastructure without adding complexity.
