The MicroMiner process  enables a more efficient hydrometallurgical process.

Hydrometallurgy is the industry standard for EV battery recycling. Spent batteries are shredded into black mass, the metals are dissolved in acid, and the resulting leach solution is processed through a multi-step extraction cascade where impurities build up and losses compound.

BioMagnets™ replace the extraction cascade by selectively capturing target metals from leach solutions, integrating into existing plants without redesign.
